Coach in Blackwood, NJ seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver elevated client service, drive omni‑channel sales, and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales performance by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert demand across channels.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping, short‑form video or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift routinely up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; regularly bend, climb, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
