Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory processing, replenishment and receiving shipments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Demonstrable customer‑facing skills, product knowledge and ability to build client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required by retail business needs.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling and maneuvering on the sales floor.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in sales or retail roles; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
