Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach brand ethos and Guide to Style standards; embody Coach values and inclusive spirit
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling advice, product expertise, and fashion recommendations
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored client-specific product suggestions
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat engagement
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source and acquire new customers; maintain relationships and execute targeted follow-up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and presence on the sales floor whilst managing multiple customers simultaneously; adapt selling techniques to meet evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Participate in inventory cycles: receive and process shipments, stock merchandise, and manage product movement
  • Assist team members across functional areas as required
  • Foster collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Remain receptive to feedback, adapt behaviours as needed, and maintain calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, iPad/laptop, mobile POS, and walkie-talkie equipment
  • Ability to read price sheets and release information accurately
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Preferred: Social media fluency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition skills
