Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the on‑floor ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service aligned with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
- Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and client acquisition.
- Execute omni‑channel selling: use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture data and close sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pick‑ups, inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised, and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking product, and managing stock movement.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives, and assist teammates across functional areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven competency operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Familiarity with clienteling and omni‑channel retail workflows; social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to perform in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; previous luxury retail experience and direct exposure to POS/clienteling systems or social selling tools are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
