Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold brand standards as outlined in the Coach Guide to Style and Service
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to individual preferences
- Drive sales revenue through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team performance KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and conduct timely follow-ups to close sales
- Maintain high energy and professionalism on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational responsibilities including cash wrap management, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels throughout the sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement throughout the store
- Provide cross-functional assistance to teammates across different operational areas as required
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment while encouraging peer performance
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback and maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS platforms
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets and release documentation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Luxury retail background and experience with omni-channel sales practices (preferred)
- Social media proficiency and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video content creation (preferred)
- Demonstrated clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail background. Experience with omni-channel selling practices, mobile POS systems, and digital clienteling platforms is advantageous.
