Coach Sales Associate (8 hours part-time), Bicester Outlet. Luxury retail role offering £30,160–£32,000 annually plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach brand values by adhering to the Guide to Style and Service standards and acting as a front-line ambassador
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion consultation
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations aligned to customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video content) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and store KPI targets
- Source new customers, maintain active client relationships, and follow up on opportunities to close sales
- Maintain high-energy floor presence while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously; adapt selling approach to meet evolving business requirements
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist team members across functional areas as needed; foster collaborative, trust-based working environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities that strengthen team performance
- Demonstrate adaptability and professional composure when receiving feedback and navigating operational changes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS); ability to operate walkie-talkies and interpret price/release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments
- Preferred: luxury retail background, social media fluency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and clienteling and data acquisition expertise
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with fashion trends, competitive positioning, and modern omni-channel retail practices including social selling and digital customer engagement tools.
Education
No specific educational qualification is mandated; however, a combination of relevant education and equivalent retail or customer-facing experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 30,160 to GBP 32,000 per annum.
