Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining a professional, polished appearance
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion trend knowledge, and tailored recommendations
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations aligned with client needs
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including live-stream shopping and short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales and build brand loyalty
  • Maintain high energy and adaptability on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adjusting selling techniques to business demands
  • Execute daily operational responsibilities including cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels in accordance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions with efficiency and accuracy, including purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups, and special orders
  • Participate in inventory cycles including receiving shipments, shelving products, cycle counts, and inventory management
  • Provide cross-functional support to teammates as needed and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and equity, inclusion, and diversity activities
  • Welcome feedback constructively, adapt behaviors as required, and maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and current retail dynamics
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
  • Demonstrated experience with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
  • Experience with social media platforms, live-stream shopping, or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)
