Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised, and stocked; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviours, and maintain a calm, professional demeanour

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Familiarity with walkie-talkie use and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred)
