Coach Sales Associate, Bicester Outlet: Part-time retail role delivering luxury customer experiences and driving omni-channel sales with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations aligned with individual and team KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
