Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Bicester, UK — front-line retail role delivering luxury service, omni-channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and executing individual sales plans to meet personal and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and increase repeat business.
- Provide exceptional omni-channel service: process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom management.
- Maintain a well-presented, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom in line with brand standards.
- Source new customers, follow up on leads and close sales through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures; follow POS and asset-protection policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, mentor peers when needed and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and development programmes; receive and act on feedback professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets is advantageous.
- Comfortable using mobile POS systems, clienteling tools and social selling channels to engage customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer‑focus and professional demeanour.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required by business needs.
- Numerate, detail-oriented and able to perform transactional duties with accuracy.
- Right to work in the UK.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; candidates who can demonstrate achievement of individual sales targets and a record of excellent client service will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related vocational qualifications are advantageous.
