Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviours, and maintain professional composure
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile devices (iPad/laptop), and Mobile POS platforms
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media expertise and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
