Coach seeks Sales Associate for Beijing SKP Outlet store. Full-time retail luxury goods role requiring 2+ years experience in sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Coach's brand standards and values
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through product knowledge and persuasive consultation
- Execute daily retail operations including store maintenance, merchandise presentation, and inventory management
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail or luxury goods sectors
- Genuine passion for exceptional customer service and brand representation
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and/or English
- Strong ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and work collaboratively within a team environment
