Coach Sales Associate — Beijing (Chaoyang Hopson One). Coach seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front‑line ambassador for Coach, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service and delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture customer data and convert leads.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy; adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs and traffic patterns.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and visual merchandising standards; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; receive feedback professionally and adjust behaviours accordingly.
  • Foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment and contribute to collective performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Operational proficiency with POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop), and familiarity with inventory processing and cash handling.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Social media literacy with experience in social selling, short‑form video content or live‑stream shopping preferred.
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
