Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised client experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.

  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales KPIs via cross-selling, upselling and targeted recommendations.
  • Operate mobile POS and manage transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Employ clienteling tools, CRM data capture and social selling (including short-form video) to acquire and retain customers.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom management.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, multitask across customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver consultative, client-focused service.
  • Proficiency with POS operations and basic computing (iPad/laptop).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social-media savvy with experience or interest in live-stream shopping, short-form video or video demos (preferred).

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable track record of hitting individual sales targets and utilising clienteling or digital selling channels is preferred.

Education

No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
