Coach Sales Associate III position in Beachwood, Ohio. Part-time luxury retail role offering $15–$19.50/hr with benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously while adapting selling techniques to meet evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background preferred. Candidates with a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education considered in combination with relevant retail experience.

This position is based in Beachwood, Ohio, USA, within easy reach of Cleveland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
