Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Barstow, California — front-line retail role delivering personalized omni-channel service for Coach at Barstow.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demonstrations) to capture data and convert sales.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with luxury retail background, demonstrable clienteling skills and experience using mobile POS or social/live-stream selling are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
