Coach Sales Associate in Barcelona, Spain. Temporary full-time luxury retail position blending personalized service, omni-channel selling, and brand ambassadorship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), and walkie-talkie operation
  • Ability to read and interpret price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
