Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Barcelona to deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel selling and clienteling for the Coach Eci Plaza Catalunya store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide personalised styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and support omni‑channel conversions.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and track performance against KPIs.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain merchandising standards, receive and process shipments, replenish stock, and assist with inventory cycles.
- Sustain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training programmes, and welcome feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, and demonstrated clienteling and data‑acquisition skills.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience is required; previous luxury or premium retail experience is strongly preferred. Experience with omni‑channel selling, social commerce or clienteling programmes is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related training is an advantage.
