Coach in Barcelona seeks a Sales Associate at Coach Eci Plaza Catalunya. Deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalised, elevated luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations aligned with personal sales plans.
- Operate omni‑channel selling tools including mobile POS to process transactions, manage online order pickups, returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Capture client data using clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to grow the customer database and stimulate repeat business.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap and asset‑protection procedures.
- Maintain a high‑energy selling floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to peak periods and business needs.
- Contribute to team performance by assisting colleagues across functional tasks and fostering a collaborative, trust‑based environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competence with POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop) and comfort using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience required; prior luxury retail or omni‑channel selling experience and familiarity with clienteling and mobile POS are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion, or customer service preferred.
