Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering service consistent with Coach standards and the Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain personalised client relationships through styling, product expertise and follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Create and execute personal sales plans and meet assigned KPIs.
  • Source new customers and manage the sales pipeline from introduction to close.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while upholding service standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock product and assist with stockroom organisation.
  • Assist colleagues across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand training and inclusion activities.
  • Accept feedback, adapt behaviours and maintain a professional, customer-centric demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling/video demos and walkie-talkie communication.
  • Demonstrable retail numeracy and ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).

Experience
