Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Baraboo, WI to deliver luxury service, drive omni-channel sales, and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards to every client interaction.
  • Build and sustain personal client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omni-channel selling using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by developing and implementing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock, and support visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to dynamic traffic patterns.
  • Follow retail policies and asset-protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and operational.
  • Support teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS workflows.
  • Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms, walkie-talkies, and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail experience, clienteling and omni-channel selling experience will be prioritized. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
