Coach Sales Associate (part‑time) in Baraboo, WI — deliver luxury client service, omni‑channel selling and achieve individual sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalised luxury shopping experience aligned with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and personalised recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling platforms — to capture client data, convert opportunities and facilitate online pickup/returns.
- Create short‑form video, live‑stream demonstrations or social content to support store acquisition and engagement strategies (where required).
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order fulfilment) while adhering to POS and asset‑protection procedures.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation and basic visual merchandising.
- Support inventory cycles and stock movement; receive shipments and maintain floor and stockroom presentation standards.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust‑based environment and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanour under pressure and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs; comply with physical requirements for merchandising and stock handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); ability to read price and release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred; clienteling and data acquisition experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail, omni‑channel selling or live‑stream/social commerce experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
