Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards while building lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion expertise
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, meeting individual and team KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales
- Process transactions efficiently—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups—while maintaining accuracy and service standards
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting techniques to business needs
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, managing product movement, and maintaining organized stockroom conditions
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, visual merchandising, replenishment, and POS procedures while following asset protection protocols
- Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile devices (iPad/laptop), and basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Preferred: luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition skills

Experience
1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant retail or fashion training preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Aventura, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
