Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Austin, Texas – $15.00–$19.50/hr. Deliver luxury retail service, drive sales, and build client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand guidelines and service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies, point-of-sale procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail seasons
