Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service and adhering to Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and in-store systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
- Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, source new clients and convert leads.
- Support daily store operations: receive shipments, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and participate in inventory cycles.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas, and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives to elevate team performance.
- Adapt selling techniques and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment; accept feedback and adjust behaviors professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Familiarity with clienteling practices, social selling and short-form video/live-stream shopping is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver around sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; luxury retail background and experience with social selling or live-stream/video demos are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in retail, fashion or a related field preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
