Coach Sales Associate position in Aurora, Ohio. Part-time retail role offering luxury brand experience, competitive wages ($15–$19.50/hr), and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and paid leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach brand through adherence to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion recommendations
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute targeted follow-up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple concurrent customer interactions, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome constructive feedback, demonstrate behavioral adaptability, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, iPad/laptop operation, mobile POS platforms, and walkie-talkie communication
- Ability to read price sheets, release schedules, and retail signage
- Physical capability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency
- Social media literacy and experience with live-stream shopping or video content creation
- Demonstrated clienteling and customer data acquisition skills

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in a retail environment; luxury retail background is preferred. Candidates with a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or general educational development (GED) equivalent; post-secondary retail training or certification is advantageous but not required.
