Coach Temporary Sales Associate in Aurora, Illinois. Deliver luxury retail service, drive sales, and manage store operations at Chicago Premium Outlets. Part-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives and training programs; welcome feedback and maintain a professional demeanor
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), mobile POS operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
- Experience with livestream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and customer data acquisition (preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
