Coach seeks a part‑time Sales Associate in Aurora, Illinois (Chicago Premium Outlets) — temporary retail sales role with Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge, and follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to achieve individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short‑form video to capture customer data and convert online and in‑store demand.
  • Execute daily store operations including cash wrap transactions, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom maintenance.
  • Support omnichannel fulfilment: process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, adapt selling techniques to traffic patterns, and assist teammates across functional areas when required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs while fostering a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with POS operation and basic computing (iPad/laptop) and ability to use mobile POS systems and walkie‑talkies.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and comfort with social media selling, live‑stream shopping or product video demonstrations (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in stockroom and sales floor environments.

Experience

At least one year of customer‑facing sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling or mobile POS systems is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or retail‑related coursework preferred but not required. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
