Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Drive sales by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling, meeting individual and store KPIs, and sourcing new customers.
- Operate mobile POS and traditional POS systems; process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups efficiently.
- Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture customer data, promote product stories and stimulate omni-channel sales.
- Perform daily store operations: inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation and asset-protection procedures.
- Maintain high-energy floor coverage; manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training, promote inclusion activities, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competence operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Familiarity with mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of direct sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling or omni-channel sales activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA, with easy access to Detroit.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
