Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while following retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist team members in functional areas as needed
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Ability to operate walkie-talkies and read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with preference for luxury retail background. A combination of education and prior experience will be considered. Preferred experience includes social media proficiency, exposure to live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and familiarity with clienteling and data acquisition practices.
