Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social/short-form video platforms to capture client data, transact sales and support omni‑channel conversion.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, basic visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support team objectives by assisting in functional areas as required and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, regular training, inclusion activities and accept feedback to adapt selling behaviours and improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems (mobile POS) and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos or social selling preferred; clienteling and data acquisition skills an advantage.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience, with luxury retail preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs, building client relationships and using omni‑channel selling tools is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and industry experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
