Coach (Tapestry) in Atlanta, GA seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate at Ponce City Market to deliver luxury clienteling, mobile POS and omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture client data and drive repeat purchases.
- Source new customers, follow up on leads and close sales through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Perform daily operational tasks: transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards; support visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles — receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement — and assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS and mobile POS systems; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and perform basic computer tasks.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live demos or social selling preferred.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform sales‑floor physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience and demonstrated success in clienteling, omni‑channel selling or social commerce preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion coursework and relevant training desirable.
