Coach — Atlanta, GA: Part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalised luxury retail service, drive sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Cultivate and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive outreach.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute individual sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Operate the sales floor and complete daily operational tasks—cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory replenishment and visual merchandising—while maintaining service standards.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product movement between stockroom and sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training programs, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
- Adapt to a dynamic retail environment, manage multiple customers simultaneously and accept constructive feedback with a professional demeanour.
- Perform physical tasks as required—regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and maneuver in a busy retail setting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, including regular lifting of 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated achievement against sales targets are strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
