Coach Sales Associate position in Ashford, UK. Part-time retail role offering personalized service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration in a luxury fashion outlet environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Proficiency with walkie-talkie use and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Knowledge of contemporary fashion trends, competitor positioning, and omni-channel retail practices is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent education level; a combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 28,080 to GBP 30,000 per annum.
