Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions, handle returns/exchanges/online pickups, perform cash wrap duties and follow asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles — receive shipments, replenish stock, maintain stockroom organisation and assist in visual merchandising.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, prioritise multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs and peak trading periods.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training, and welcome performance feedback to refine behaviours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); familiarity with reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
At least one year of frontline retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail background and experience with clienteling, social selling or live-stream demonstrations are preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
