Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised customer service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans and KPIs.
- Sell omnichannel: utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Maintain excellent floor readiness: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive shipments, replenish stock and support visual merchandising.
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory processing, cash wrap procedures and adherence to asset protection policies.
- Support team performance by assisting across functional areas, fostering a collaborative environment and participating in brand training and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Strong spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and data-driven client acquisition is preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience in a retail environment is required; previous exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail and omnichannel selling (including social/live video commerce and clienteling) is highly desirable.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
