Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new customers through follow-up and outreach.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Complete daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and uphold POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement within the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS systems.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets; a blend of education and retail experience will be considered.
