Coach is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate in Asheville, NC. Join Coach (Tapestry) to deliver luxury retail service and omni‑channel clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Drive individual and store sales goals through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPI targets.
- Engage omni‑channel customers using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture data and close sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory receipts, replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and fully stocked.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in branded initiatives and training.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales objectives and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
