Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Asheville, NC to deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Use clienteling tools, mobile devices and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and generate omni-channel sales.
- Perform daily operational duties: inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Support team collaboration, participate in brand training initiatives and contribute to a trust-based, performance-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS operations and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required by retail traffic.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and evidence of meeting sales KPIs are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered. Vocational or fashion-related training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
