Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; execute individual sales plans and meet KPI expectations.
  • Utilize mobile POS, iPad/laptop systems, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture client data and close omni‑channel transactions.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
  • Process customer transactions and returns efficiently; support online order pickups and inventory cycle activities.
  • Adapt floor selling strategies to traffic patterns, support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and accept feedback while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor on the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie communications.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; a background in luxury retail is preferred. Familiarity with omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream commerce is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
