Coach Sales Associate (Part-time) in Anchorage, Alaska. Deliver luxury retail service, drive sales, and represent the Coach brand with personalized client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion trend guidance
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
- Source and cultivate new customer relationships, maintain ongoing contact, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced settings
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of sales experience (luxury retail background preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems)
- Ability to read price sheets and release materials
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally), with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Preferred: Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition skills

Experience
1 or more years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market positioning. A combination of relevant education and hands-on sales experience will be considered.
Education
No specific educational credential required; however, candidates with a combination of sales-related coursework or retail certifications and direct sales experience are encouraged to apply.
