Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through styling, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Execute daily operational tasks — cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment — while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a tidy, well-organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and participate in stock movement, receiving shipments and executing replenishment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functional areas, foster a trust-based environment and contribute to team performance and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and experience using walkie-talkies.
  • Strong spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands; demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs and executing omni‑channel clienteling and social selling activities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
