Coach (Tapestry) in Anchorage, AK seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute a personal sales plan to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms, social selling and short-form video/live-stream demonstrations — to capture client data and close sales.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functions as required, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Sustain high energy in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
