Coach Sales Associate
Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Anchorage, AK to deliver luxury retail service and omnichannel sales (Coach, Anchorage).

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, clienteling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute a personal sales plan.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Support all daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties and POS procedures.
- Manage merchandising and inventory activities: receive shipments, replenish stock, maintain stockroom organization and participate in inventory cycles.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, multitask across customers, and adapt selling techniques to meet business needs while following asset protection policies.
- Participate in training, brand initiatives and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and welcome feedback.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, holidays and peak selling periods; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven operation of POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and experience capturing customer data to drive repeat purchases.
- Social media savvy with experience or comfort using short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail and omnichannel selling experience preferred. Experience in clienteling, social/live video commerce and meeting KPIs is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
