Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based working environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (luxury retail background preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and public holidays as required
- Experience with clienteling, data acquisition, and social media platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with live-stream shopping or video-based product demonstrations (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required, with a background in luxury retail strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional sales experience will be considered. Familiarity with omnichannel retail environments, live-stream shopping, and digital clienteling platforms is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion, or business-related education is beneficial but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 28,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
