Coach Sales Associate, Alcochete outlet. Luxury retail role requiring personalized service, omni-channel selling, and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to customer needs
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up proactively to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness and organization; adhere to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professionalism under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends, competitor landscape, and retail market dynamics
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile point-of-sale (iPad/Mobile POS), and basic computer skills
- Experience with walkie-talkie operations and ability to read price sheets and release information
- Strong English language proficiency
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
- Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or social selling (preferred)
- Clienteling and customer data acquisition expertise (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail. Candidates with a combination of retail education and relevant work experience will be considered. Experience with omni-channel retail environments and familiarity with contemporary social selling practices are advantageous.
