Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy on the sales floor
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness and organization while following retail and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS platforms
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
