Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and follow-up.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling while meeting personal and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and promote repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a tidy, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom and follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles (receive shipments, stock shelves).
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and foster a trust-based, high-performance team environment.
  • Receive and act on feedback; maintain a calm, professional demeanor and adapt behavior to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling, social selling or live video commerce is preferred.
