Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and tailoring recommendations to client needs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and facilitate omni‑channel transactions.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and comply with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and stock movement; assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling platforms preferred.
- Strong command of English for customer-facing communication.
- Demonstrable social media aptitude and familiarity with short-form video or live-stream shopping is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend and kneel as required by retail operations.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury or fashion retail environments and who have demonstrated success against sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, merchandising or fashion-related training is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
