Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed personal and team KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and generate repeat business.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; proactively source and follow up with new customers to close sales.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service levels.
- Process transactions efficiently across channels (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; comply with POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkies and ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition are preferred.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail and demonstrated success driving KPIs through personalised and omnichannel selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
